This balanced daily Vitamin and Minerals supplement even includes
Bladderwrack a type of seaweed which is high in minerals due to
its marine habitat (Calcium, Iron and Copper), Vitamins A, B, C and E, antioxidants,
and along with Klamath Blue Green Algae, is one of the few vegetable sources that contains
vitamin B12 a great alternative for the vegetarians among us.

Green Tea has a healthy influence on blood pressure within the normal range.
