CONCENTRATION OF BCAAS
The blend of ingredients that has found to be most effective in BCAAs is a mixture of 2:1:1 of Leucine,
Isoleucine and Valine, respectively.
This means that a 1.5-gram serving of BCAAs will contain 750mg Leucine and 375mg of each Isoleucine and Valine.
Supplements should be stored in an area that is both dry and cool and away from the light.
BCAAs have a grainy look and a white coloration.
They are bitter in taste and are totally insoluble.
The powder can be administered effectively by sprinkling on a meal,
but since it is so bitter, the most common preference is to blend the supplement
into some kind of smoothie or fruit-based puree.

BCAA SIDE EFFECTS
People that introduce BCAAs into their system too rapidly have reported experiencing fatigue,
muscle stress and muscle pains; this should subside if introduced in smaller amounts and over time,
rather than all at once.
Although there are no known drug interactions associated with the supplement,
it may be wise to first discuss use with a physician.
This supplement should be taken in lower doses than recommended if liver and
kidney issues are of a concern. -
TIPS
During exercise, it is common to consume Branch Chain Amino Acids combined with
a fast-release carbohydrate such as Dextrose or Maltodextrin.
This is designed to prevent fatigue and thus improve athletic performance.
BCAAs also stack well with L-Glutamine: together they form an unbeatable muscle-preserving duo. - SAFETY: Branch Chain Amino Acids have been well researched and are a safe supplement.
We already consume them daily in our natural diet,
and there is no known toxicity of Branch Chain Amino Acids. In addition,
there are no known bans or restrictions in regard to supplementing with Branch Chain Amino Acids. - DISCLAIMER: There is no guarantee of specific results and results can vary.
